Used for manufacturing Dielectric resonator(DR), dielectric filter, duplexer, microwave dielectric antenna, dielectric oscillator, dielectric waveguide transmission line and other components, widely used in mobile communication, satellite TV broadcast communication, radar, satellite positioning and navigation system etc.

l 主要特点 Features

1) 高稳定性。温度在-40~120这个范围内,材料的频率温度系数可接近0ppm/,同时也可以根据系统要求调整温度系数用以补偿系统温度频率的偏移。

2) 低损耗。在0.5~100GHz范围内,微波介质材料的介质损耗可以低至0.0001

3) 介电常数的系列化。材料的介电常数5.0~100范围内都有解决方案。

1) High stability. The materials temperature coefficient can achieve near 0 PPM/in temperature range from -40to +120, and it   can be adjusted to compensate for the drift of system frequency .

2) Low loss. The dielectric loss can be reduced to 0.0001 in frequency range from 0.5 GHz to 100 GHz.

3) Multiple solutions for dielectric constant from 5 to 100.
